First off, I saw Twilight…online. Er, don’t ask. Unless through PM. But…staff, if you think I shouldn’t mention this, feel free to let me know or delete or whatever. I’m not giving any links right here.
Anyways, I thought it was okay. Some aspects of it were pretty good, some were sort of bad, but it wasn’t horrible, probably because it’s Twilight. ;P Not saying I’m so obsessed with Twilight that I would love anything Twilight related, I’m saying that because it was Twilight, it was interesting. If taht makes sense. xP Um, anyways, the acting was iffy in some parts, while the minor characters were overall pretty great I’d say. Kristen has a monoface though XD And Rob didn’t do well on some of his lines. And I really hated how they didn’t do the airport scene before the ballet scene. But ah well. It’s hard to fit a five hundred page book in two hours, lol. But still. Special effects wise and acting wise it could have been better. The fast pace, well, I don’t think they could have been able to do anything about that. Unless they wanted to make it a looong movie. So, my overall opinion: 3/5 stars. I liked it…but didn’t. If that makes sense. xP Which it should from what I said above.

Update about NaNoWriMo…yeah, I phailed. DX And I hate myself for it. I *really* wanted to finish. I love writing, but my problem is I’m such a lazy ***. Ugh. And then were times I got stuck…meh. Next time, I’m choosing writing over going on some forum. Well, at least I got to 20,423 words, which matched the most I’ve ever written in one story, and definitely succeeded the most I’ve written in a month. So…I guess I can be sort of proud of myself. Lucky for me, I have some great scribblers who cheered me up.

Oh, and you guys should check out my other blog: http://sunsetsites.wordpress.com. It has the same stuff on here, except the updates are less frequent and therefore, less for you to read.
But don’t quit reading here if you do. Otherwise, they’ll be no point for me to write this. Haha.

The book, Uglies, by Scott Westerfeld, I think is a pretty interesting book, but the writing’s empty – it needs loads of emotion and description personally. I like it, and I’m buying the Pretties soon, but it could be better.

Well, I do I have some good news…
I’ll be leaving the forum! XD No, I dunno…I’m just not gonna be as active for a little bit. :/ Won’t say why, because I don’t really know myself. I’m still gonna be on every day on the forums (not just this one), but not as active, I think.
Well, the real good news i guess is that about a minute after school ended, the fire alarm went off.
At first, I thought it was just the school screwing up.
But nope, somebody pulled it. 8D
I wonder who though…
So exciting, baha. xP
Then about three minutes later…
Some man in a bull horn with a voice I did not recognize said something about citing cars…and maybe something about the fire alarm? Bleh, I don’t know.

I’m too lazy to format this entry and whatnot or explain what’s happened in the past month, but I felt like posting this rant (or whatever the opposite of ranting is, because rants are supposed to be bad XD):

I cried so much.

And God gave me hope.

Okay, now off to talk about today. Before I do that though, I want to mention that this part of this entry and the part where I talked about what happened previously is separated by a “~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~”

*Wait, never mind. After writing that part, I realize it corresponds with the present, so just…move along, hah*
Okay, well, today was pretty crazy, lmao. Gawd, I love my friends. XD

Eh, I have/had midterms this week and next week…which sucks, but I’ll deal with it. It’s not a big thing really…I mean, well it is, but not like a…a big problem or whatever I guess. XP

Anyway, for the first time ever, here’s a picture of me. XD

That’s from about two years ago though, so I look a little older…I hope. XP Well, I know I’m taller at least, heh. And yes, I am 14. Not 11, kiddies.

I’m trying to work on getting my belly back. Seriously, when I came back from summer break, my stomach was rock hard. Now…it’s kinda soft. Meh, my dad says I should start riding my bike to school and that way I’d get it back…psh, like I’m even awake at 8 in the morning. Hm, I think I’ll start off with some crunches, pedaling on the bike in the house (is it called an indoor bike? haha, dunno.).

Hm, oh, and you may wonder…what’s going on with me from the last two blog entries…well, it’s kind of personal…even for those I talk to through PM. It’s just…complicated. Yeah, let’s leave it at that that. XP
But don’t worry, Alexandria’s back to being her usual, hyper self, hah. Everything’s going good.

Okay, now what’s happened in the past month…

Well, I had writer’s block for about a month. Not good. But I’m getting much better now. My love for Grey Area is coming back <3 Before…I dunno, it just seemed so…bleh, but it’s coming back, for all my stories. :]

Christmas…was wonderful. I spent time with my family and a few friends and it was really great. I don’t know if I’ve told anyone this here…but my parents fight constantly. They do love each other…they just love to kill each other as well, haha. No, they really do love each other…they just fight more than your average family. Anyway, Christmas was especially great for the related reason being that they didn’t fight at all, which I of course loved. :]
Anyway, I’m glad I’m fortunate enough to have a loving family, great friends, a great education, a roof over my head, etc., and to be able to live. Really, it terrifies me to see all those St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital commercials and back when I saw the Stand Up To Cancer special…really. We’re very lucky to not be like them, and to those who are, I wish you the best. I can’t tell you how much I really do. <3

Anyway, well, I got quite a few presents this Christmas. Not exactly as much as last year, but still, a pretty good amount, heh. Mostly clothing, Sims 2 Seasons, an mp3 player, speakers, Victoria’s Secret Body spray and lotion…that kidn of thing. I got my parents some cologne, perfume, a DVD (or slideshow of a bunch of pictures from over the years), a sweater, a robe, some comfy shoes, and a card. (lmao, all the stuff’s not for the both of them though. The robe for example was for my mom).

Oh, I finished the Uglies trilogy. I loved it. The writing’s kinda empty, and it’s a light read, but I still found it really interesting.
Also, you’ll never believe this guys.
I can’t read Twilight anymore.
Lmao. Just can’t get into it. :/ *Sigh* well, no big deal. It’s not as if I hate the series or anything…just not that much into it anymore.
Which reminds me, I’ve dumped Edward Duplicate. I’ve wanted to for a long time, feeling kind of childish and obsessive (lmao) of making him up. So, yeah. Obsession gone. Doesn’t mean that I can’t make up my own perfect man though. XD

Ah, I’m sure I’ll think of something I forgot to say, but until then, bye.

I admit, the icon in this post makes no sense at all, seeing how as I live in Southern California…

Which reminds me. The Santa Ana winds are here, or however I should say it. For those who don’t know, Santa Ana winds = hot weather.

It’s 84 degrees. Love it. XD I admit, any higher than that, and I hate it, and really, I much prefer like 70 degrees…but still. I like it. I’m wearing shorts and a tank top right now actually. In the middle of winter. Haha, oh yes. XP It’s especially nice because we didn’t have to run the mile in PE, lmao. I mean, it’s not that i hate exercising…it’s just certain forms of it I despise. Like running. Admittingly, the feeling you get after you run is fantastic, but during…

Haha, well, yes.

And I’m so happy; we had a hard math test last Friday, and I was one of the five or something in my class who passed XD I got an 80. Most everyone got below 50…haha. But still, I’m happy. Good test scores make me happy. My grade not lowering makes me happy (it’s the end of the semester, so the test didn’t really affect it, I don’t think).
